- thoroughly discuss and document a profile of the position
- develop a recruiting plan for each requirement
- establish procedures for presenting candidates
- conduct an extensive search for qualified candidates
- apprise our client of progress on recruiting projects
- conduct candidate qualification interviews and reference checks
- co-ordinate our client’s interviews with candidates and facilitate feedback
