Recruiting Permanent Staff
Fees for Recruiting Services are negotiated with clients on a case-by-case basis. Fees will be agreed upon to reflect your needs, the value of services rendered and the requirements of the position(s) being recruited. We are flexible in the structuring of recruiting fees and we would welcome the opportunity to provide you information on various options available. Generally, our standard fee is 20% of the candidates starting annual salary for positions based in Canada.
BlackShire works on a contingency basis; this means a Recruiting Service Fee will only be charged to clients if they hire a candidate we have referred to them.
No Fee or Payment will be charged to any individual seeking or obtaining employment through BlackShire.
Recruiting Service Guarantee
It is the intention of BlackShire to deliver professional, high quality services and to recommend only qualified candidates for our clients' staffing requirements. We stand behind the quality of our services by providing each client a written guarantee that is competitive within the recruiting industry. Generally, we provide a 90-day calendar guarantee on all placements. |
